This Prize Ribbon Distress Ink Pad and Reinker is one bundle that you are going to want when you see this amazing color. This Prize Ribbon Distress Ink is designed by Tim Holtz for Ranger Ink and will help you create an aged look on paper, fibers, photos and more. This is a raised ink pad and is a water-based, acid free, nontoxic and fade resistant ink. To keep this Prize Ribbon ink pad in tip top shape since you will use it often, this bundle includes a coordinating 0.5 fluid ounce Distress Ink Reinker. This bottle includes an eyedropper applicator so you will not spill a drop of this wonderful Prize Ribbon ink.
I like the Distress Inks and this color is just beautiful. It's sort of a dark aquamarine color and I love it. I wanted the reinker because it can be used like watercolor when mixed with distilled water.
(I've used distilled water ever since a class instructor told us that it doesn't tend to cause mold in something you need water for, such as diluting a color, not that you would do that with the re inkers because you don't make a lot of that with the reinkers.)

A green/blue, bluer than Pistachio. Be sure to get the reinker!!

When I first saw this ink color I hesitated , did not think I wanted it . After watching some tutorials of it I wanted it and am glad I did. It goes with so many blends and color is different than others I have.

I have not been impressed with other Distress Ink blue hues...but, this color reminds me of Sleeping Beauty turquoise....which is the most beautiful hue of turquoise, IMHO! I have seen this same color in oxidized copper, too, but this is less stressful to obtain (especially for card making)!

Awesome color. Got it in a short time. Will recommend it to my friends that craft.

I just had to have this new color in the distress ink line. It is the perfect ink color to be used for Christmas. I have used it on gift tags already and it looks fabulous!

Typical Tim Holtz product - great! It’s a very beautiful color of red and inky. I plan to use this when I make my Christmas cards this year.

I love the colors here and would give that 5 stars. I did not like that the ink pad arrived nearly dry. I will eventually purchase a re-inker, but I am a little disappointed that I have to do that immediately. I had 2 of the 3 ink pads I just received arrive like this and feel that they were on sale to just clear away old inventory because they are dry and needed re-inking immediately upon arrival.

It is so similar to Chipped Sapphire that I would not have bought it. I did see the video but in real time, the colors are very close.
