TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The work order has been given based on rates quoted by you and after detailed discussions with you. The work shall be carried out strictly as per design, drawing and specifications . The rate for substructure work up to plinth grid slab is Rs.130/sqft (Area under consideration will be total plinth area) and payments up to plinth grid slab will be released after bills verifications. The Ground floor parking rate is Rs. 115/sqft which includes the RCC, Brickwork in lift area, plastering internal and outer. The base rate for superstructure is Rs.150/ sqft with lifting charges as 10% on subsequent floors. The work includes RCC work, Brickwork, Internal and outer plastering, fixing of doors, windows. No extra payments will be made for elevation works as discussed in meeting. The shuttering will be plywood shuttering and new plywood will be used for the work. No extra payments will be made for chajja, canopy or other projected work. No change of rate is entertained till the full completion of project. The layout of building will be done by your engineer and staff in supervision of undersigned. No machinery will be provided by owner , all tools and plants necessary for work are to be liability of contractor. Proper coordination will be required with other agencies accordingly. Proper attention shall be given on Quality work. Poor Quality work if needed to be rectified, no labour payments will be made for that rather material wastage charges will levied on contractor. All the concrete works in structures are to be properly vibrated using requisite vibrators. All concrete works shall be marked with casting dates so that proper curing days could be maintained. Curing arrangements will made by owner. Water and electricity will be provided by owner. All the responsibilities related to work and labour remains on contractor.

Contractor need to get the labour WC insurance policy for the site. Advance payments during weeks will be paid on basis of labour worked on site as per their daily wages i.e. Mason Rs.450/ day, Coolie Rs.250/ day , Female coolie Rs.170/ day
