Guidelines Collection of Materials

Students must submit a collection of materials used for their Law of Torts assignment in two phases. First, a hard copy of references with a 2-3 line summary of each source. No original sources are required. Second, soft copies of all referred materials should be emailed to the supervisor with identifying information. GUIDELINES REGARDING SUBMISSION OF COLLECTION OF MATERIAL

FOR LAW OF TORTS

The purpose of seeking Collection of Materials from the students is to verify that the
student is referring to the relevant material and has a clear understanding of the
material which (s)he is using.

The collection of material should be submitted in two phases:


a) Firstly, a hard copy of the References should be submitted to the concerned
supervisor. The copy should include a 2-3 line/paragraph summary of what you have
referred from that very material. No hard copy of the original sources will be accepted
or is required.

b) Secondly, soft copies of all the materials referred should be emailed to the concerned

supervisor. The subject of the mail should be Your Name: Collection of Material.
Name, Roll No., Subject and Name of Topic should be mentioned in the body of the
email.

The concerned supervisor will ask the concerned student any question regarding the
material used in order to evaluate the student.

The last date of submission of Collection of Material for Law of Torts and First Draft
is 3rd September 2015. (Both hard copy as well as email)
