AGREEMENT FOR THE RENOVATION RESIDENTIAL HOUSE IN SAN MATEO,

RIZAL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:


This Agreement is executed on ____________________ by and between:
ROLANDO C. TIGLAO, of legal age, married, a resident of San Mateo, Rizal,
hereinafter known as the CONTRACTOR,
-and-

JOAN PALOMA, of legal age, married, a resident of Ampid I, San Mateo, Rizal,
and hereinafter known as the OWNER, do hereby agree and state:
1.
That the CONTRACTOR agrees to finish/renovate residential house located at
Ampid I, San Mateo, Rizal at the contract price of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY
THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 230,000.00);
2.
That the CONTRACTOR shall secure the necessary permits for construction, he
shall be responsible in purchasing materials, recruiting personnel, coordinating with the
architect and owner/s as regards to design details and approval of materials;
3.
That the CONTRACTOR shall finish and turn over the said residential house at the
said contract price and in accordance with the plans and specifications;
4.

That the starting date of construction shall be on January 18, 2016.

5.

That the turnover date shall be on March 5, 2016;

6.
That the OWNER paid the amount of One hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Pesos
(PhP 127,000.00) of the contract price before the projected starting date as down
payment and the balance shall be paid upon turn-over on 5 March 2016;
7.
The CONTRACTOR shall deliver the project based on the attached agreed SCOPE
OF WORK.
