1) Rizhle Construction and Development Corporation hires Alexander Jaranta Taliman as a sub-contractor to construct five housing units for Pathland Realty Developer in Morong, Rizal for PHP 13,800 per square meter. 2) Taliman will complete construction within two months. 3) Rizhle will pay Taliman weekly in increments of 15% upon collecting payment from Pathland, and will retain 10% until two months after completion. Taliman will deposit PHP 200,000 upon signing, refundable after project completion.

SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT CONTRACT

PATHLAND HOUSING MORONG RIZAL

This agreement is entered into on this day 21st day of February 2020 between ALEXANDER
JARANTA TALIMAN, with address at 115 Megelin St., Sampaloc, Manila referred to as SUB-
CONTRACTOR OR FIRST PARTY

and

RIZHLE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, represented herein


by its Chief Operating Officer MS. EMILLIE RONQUILLO, of legal age, Filipino, with
official/business address at 3rd Floor RMBT Building Centennial Road Pag-asa 3 Imus Cavite,
herein referred to as SECOND PARTY (GENERAL CONTRACTOR) on the following terms
and conditions:

That the SECOND PARTY as the GENERAL CONTRACTOR, shall engage the
FIRST PARTY as the SUB-CONTRACTOR for FIVE UNITS OF HOUSING TO BE
AWARDED BY PATHLAND REALTY DEVELOPER, located at Morong, Rizal City.

That the FIRST PARTY agree to construct the Housing unit of PATHLAND at Morong
Rizal at Php 13,800 per sq.m., with the scope of civil works, structural, architectural, electrical,
sanitary.

That the FIRST PARTY shall complete the Five (5) residential units within two months
to comply on the commitment of the SECOND PARTY.

That the SECOND PARTY shall pay the FIRST PARTY on the construction cost upon
the collection from PATHLAND Realty Devt. Corporation

Note: Payment shall be made in progress weekly by 15% (30%, 45%, 60%...100%) and a
cash bond of 200.000.00. A 10% retention is required payable after two (2) months,

That in this agreement, the FIRST PARTY shall deposit Two Hundred Thousand Pesos,
refundable upon project completion and acceptance

Effectivity of this Agreement:


This agreement shall become effective upon signing of this agreement.
