This document provides specifications for standard pipes made by Vetroresina, including thickness and weight based on internal pressure (NP pipes) or pipe stiffness (SN pipes). It includes tables with nominal diameters and thicknesses for different pressure/stiffness classes. Pipes are custom designed for each project based on factors like internal pressure and required stiffness.

FLANGE ADAPTORS SLEEVE

Flange adaptor – bell or spigot with flange – standard fitting

used where a flanged connection between GRP and steel flange
must be done and compensation for angular misalignement
between steel and GRP flange is required. This fitting allow
steel flange deflection without transmitting dangerous bending
moments to GRP piping and compensate longitudinal
dimensional tolerance in pipes.

EQUAL & REDUCED TEE LAMINATIONS

For informative dimensions of tee see page for butt & strap lamination and use the following corrections :
L = Llam + ND
t = Llam
s = Llam / 2
For dimensions of reduced tee relevant are dimensions for lamination of nd branch.

MITRED ELBOWS
For the diameters smaller than 1200mm except ND110mm,
elbows are produced on the mould with smooth radius.
Larger diameters ND1100mm and diameters above ND1200
are obtained from the pipe sections.
For the diameters ≥ ND1400 are supplied two sections, so
additional site lamination is required.
