Chords in Keys

This document provides instructions for finding the 1-4-5 chords in the keys of C, D, and G on a dulcimer. The 1-4-5 chords in the key of C are C-F-G. To find these chords in the key of G, count the notes on the left hand from the thumb (G) to little finger (D).

To find the 1-4-5 chords in the key of G, look at the palm of your left hand and begin counting: Thumb=1=G Pointing Finger = 2 = A Middle finger = 3 = B Ring finger = 4 = C Little finger = 5 = D
