PROCEDURES

1. The CWC is open to all Grade School pupils of Paco Catholic School.
2. Participants for each contest are selected by their Computer Teacher through an Elimination
Round.
a. One participant for each skill-related challenge from Grades 1 to 5.
b. Two participants for the Grade 6 challenge.
3. Computer Teacher will provide all necessary files for the contest (reference/photos, and
other information) to be used for the competition.
4. Bags, books, pens, notepads and gadgets such as mobile phones should not be brought
inside the contest room.
5. Contestants are prohibited from using the Internet to download additional information
during the contest proper.
6. Contestants must be at the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Tardiness and
absence are considered grounds for disqualification.
7. In case of discrepancies, all appeals must be in written form and submitted to the Computer
Teacher. Afterwards, the Computer teacher will conduct necessary investigation and will
make the appropriate decision. The decision of the Computer teacher is final and
irrevocable. No appeal will be entertained an hour after the said category.
8. The three (3) highest scoring contestants from each challenge will be declared as winners
such as; Champion, First Place and Second Place
