To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing this letter in behalf of Team Concrete, to ask permission to stay overnight at

the SJC Extension Campus for the purpose of finishing and designing props and costumes for the

upcoming Civil Engineering Week 2019. This decision is made due to the fact that the team is

behind on the making of props and the school is where most of the students live nearby.
