Modelling of Dust air Bag filter as per client requirements.
Scope of this project is to cleaning the explosive dust air form the industry.
Studying and understanding the inputs from the client.
Developing 2D to 3D models in sheet metal and part modelling workbenches.
All components are assembled by using assembly work bench.
Generating the manufacturing drawings for the components and for the assembly.
Applying GD & T for the manufacturing drawings as per client requirements.
Applying weld symbols as per ISO standards.
Preparing Bill of materials for assembly as per client standards.
PROJECT2:
Title : Shell and tube heat exchanger.
Tools Used: CATIA V5 R20 (Part modelling, Sheet metal, Detailing, Assembly).
Project Description:-
Scope of this project is to modelling of Shell and tube heat exchanger (water/water) from 200
degrees to 40 degrees temperature drop.
Studying and understanding the inputs from client.
Modelling the various components and assembled together using Part modelling, Sheet metal
and assembly workbenches.
To provide 2D drawings for each and every part and also for assembly.
Applying GD&T for component of the assembly as per client standards.
Applying Welding symbols as per ISO Standards.
Generating Bill of materials for the Shell and tube heat exchanger assembly as per client
requirements.
PROJECT3:
Title : Weigh Hopper.
Tools Used: CATIA V5 R20 (Part modelling, Detailing, Assembly).
Project Description:-
Scope of this project is modelling and detailing of Weigh hopper.
Developing 2D to 3D models in Part modelling workbench.
Assembled all the components together in Assembly workbench.
Generating 2D drawings for every component and for Assembly.
Applying GD&T for components and preparing BOM for Assembly drawings as per client
requirements.

Title : Detailing for BIW Fixtures.
Tools Used: CATIA V5 R20 (Detailing).
Project Description:-
To provide 2D drawings for each and every part and also for assembly
