Release Valve, Hand Brake Valve, Load Sensing Valve, Global Relay valve for Bendix
Trucks and Trailers.
The projects involve in Localizing commercial vehicles braking system product for
effective cost utilization. Designing of components, analyzing them, conducting cross
functional designs reviews, and contacting suppliers about manufacturing them and
then performing release work for it.

Project Description:
 Design of 3D Casting components like Supply port Upper body, 2 & 3-Delivery
Ports lower body with Exhaust Port for Quick Release valve (QRV), Upper body
and lower body for Hand Brake Valve (HBV), Load Sensing Valve (LSV) and
Global Relay Valve (RV) using PTC Creo 4.0
 Design of 3D Sheet metal components like mounting brackets, etc. and its detailed
drawings for Quick Release Valve (QRN type) using PTC Creo 4.0.
 Design of 3D Plastic parts like 2-Delivery Port lower body, exhaust retainer and
exhaust valve and its detailed drawings for QRV using PTC Creo 7.0.
 Design of 3D standard/special Parts like helical, compression springs, spring
retainer, diaphragm, washers, O-rings and its detailed drawings using PTC Creo 4.0.
 Design Subassemblies, Assemblies, including 2D drawing / drafting, dimensioning,
tolerancing using PTC Creo 4.0.
 Excel and PLM BOM preparation for product.
