Working on the new products including requirement analysis, conducting feasibility study &
prototype planning, studying design specifications, preparing design & layout of assembly.
Working with cross functional teams of Trucks to maintain Right quality and on time delivery of
drawings & engineering documents.
Conceptualize & workout detail design.
Working in chassis,brake and frame aggregate & generation of 3D models & 2D drawings (Part
Modeling, Assembly Modeling, Installation Drawing and detail Drawing of complex products) using
Creo.
Modifying steering and brake routing to close various build NCR, Generation of new drawing with

Supporting production team to build Proto-type assemblies as per drawing & closure of Design issues

Supporting manufacturing team for method shop and production line vehicle builds from PDD side and

Complete vehicle layouting and preparation of VI signoff sheet including physical diamension check,
vehicle weight and other required pareameters.
Demonstrating knowledge and use of dimension standards, tolerance standards & tolerance stack-up as
required supporting design integrity.

Assisted steering suction pipe QAG issue, benchmarking of all domestic LMD vehicles to find root
of cause, analyzed and gave solution.

Communization of power steering routing with domestic to reduce part variety and VI of
