This Project is divided in to 5 chapters, those are mentioned below.
Chapter 1
INTRODUCTION
This chapter contains a brief information on Human Resource
Development, Strategies used for HRD process. Activities included in
HRD planning i.e training and development, organization
development, career development, performance management system,
coaching, mentoring etc.
This chapter also includes Significance of the Study, Concepts of
The Study with various definitions, Aim of Strategic HRD and
Strategic Model.
It also includes Company’s profile, Research Methodology,
Problem Statement, Aims and Objectives, Scope and Limitations of the
study.
Chapter 2
LITERATURE REVIEW
This chapter includes Literature Review on HRD, review on
secondary sources as well as theoretical and methodological
contributions to the topic.
Chapter 3
DATA COLLECTION
This chapter deals with Data Collection process and methods that
are used to collect the data.
Chapter 4
DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
Data Analysis and Interpretation refers to the implementation of
processes through which data is reviewed for the purpose of arriving at
an informed conclusion. Observations, Documents and Interviews
these are the techniques included.
Chapter 5
CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
This Chapter has been organized in such a way that findings,
suggestions and conclusion form the major parts. The first part consists
of general findings and dimensions on training and development
programme and hypotheses verification.
Based on the research, the researcher has come out with
suggestion to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Nagpur and the available
scope for further research in the second part. The last part forms the
conclusion of the thesis.
