The full planning wedding package includes:
A. prepare a budget
B. prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists
C. assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
D. assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
E. assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories
F. help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors.

M. Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
N. Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding
O. Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
P. Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week
prior to the wedding. This planning meeting will include: Ceremony planning,
processional, recessional, placement.
Q. Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as
candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets,
programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

II Semi-Full Wedding Coordination (Php35,000)
With at least 50% of suppliers already booked
Services include:
• Schedule meetings with couple’s chosen suppliers/ source out other needed
suppliers including detailing of specifications
• Handling of payments’ balances if necessary
• Provision of time table and plans
• RSVP service
• On-the-day Coordination services (as specified below)
III On-the-day Wedding Coordination (Php18,000)
Services include:
A. Coordination with chosen suppliers regarding their schedule and couple’s
specifications
B. Providing the checklist and time table of the bride and groom
C. Coming up with the program for the reception
D. Supervision on the wedding day from the hotel (or dressing venue)

Coordination Staff includes 1 event manager and 3 event assistants who are all
experienced, with uniform.
Coordination team accepts only one coordination service per day so definitely your
event will be handled very well.
