Subject: Application for the Football Event permission.

Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, to state that we, the students of 6th semester are
going to organize a Football event starting from 25th to 28th February,2019. We need permission
to use the Football ground after 4:40 PM.

As you know that every year our University Football team participates in Inter Universities
Football matches held by Higher Education Commission and we lost those matches due to less
practice. Our team coordination was at its worse due to lack of combination which matters most
in a Football game. So, this year we are going to hold this event under the supervision of sports
officer Mr.Parvaiz.

We therefore, hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to hold this event, for this act of
your kindness, we will be ever grateful to you.
