Subject: Request for Allocation of Football Ground and Sports Auditorium
Respected Sir,
I hope that this message finds you in good spirits. The reason of my writing is on behalf of the Climate Action
Forum to seek your approval to conduct a Sports Week which is scheduled to take place from to January 2025,
from :00 AM to :00 PM. This event will feature football, badminton, cricket, and various other activities aimed
at promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and overall well-being. The objective of this Sports Week is to bring
together students from diverse backgrounds, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration.

We make these promises in the hope that the event will be undertaken in a manner that is orderly and
disciplined. We will also ensure that normal academic activities will not be disrupted and all safety measures are
adhered to and we will take full responsibility for maintaining the ground's condition, restoring it to its original
state after the event concludes

To facilitate the smooth running of the event, we kindly request the availability of the ground and sports
auditorium during the aforementioned dates. Your support in granting us permission to use these facilities would
be greatly appreciated.
If there are any additional requirements or documents needed, please let us know. We are grateful for your
attention to this request and look forward to your positive response.
