• Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio developed for LTE/EUTRAN applications. Small and efficient, this LTE FEM integrates the
Access Network (EUTRAN) interstage filter, input and output matching, power amplifier, power detection, and duplexer
• Handsets and Data Cards into a single 4 mm x 7 mm x 1.1 mm package.

The SKY77445 meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of LTE with QPSK / 16QAM
Features
modulations from 1.4 MHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and full or partial resource block allocations
• QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM modulations with high power added efficiency. The FEM incorporates Inter-Stage Filter and Duplexer,
• Up to 20 MHz bandwidths InGaP BiFET PA, and output power detector.
• Up to 100 resource blocks
• Linear power at 3.3 V: Integration of the RF front-end greatly simplifies the design of the 4G-compatible handset
