MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This contract is between Mr. Jamby R. Quirante (Event Manager of JRQ Events Inc.) and
Ms. Clarence Alipio (Senior High School Principal). In this agreement, JRQ Events Inc.
represents that they have an extensive background and connections in all aspects.
Furthermore, JRQ Events Inc. is willing to provide services based on this background.
TERMS AND CONDITION
JRQ Events Inc. will provide high quality services with full planning and coordination
such as the technical team, photo booth team, event host, managing the event, layout of
stage, sponsors, souvenirs, and the venue which will be held on December 10-13, 2019
Monday at Lyceum of the Philippines University- Manila Quadrangle
50% down payment amounting (52,080 PHP) shall then be paid upon signing the contract
and shall be considered NON-REFUNDABLE and the total balance shall be paid at the
day of the event date.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED
Date changes
In the event, the client/s are forced to change the date of event, every effort will be made
by JRQ Events Inc. and staff to transfer location reservation, sub-contractors and the
event coordinator’s support to a new date
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation all payments made to date are non-refundable and all
outstanding payments will be due immediately.
