I am applying as a “Teacher I” in the prestigious school. I am Nelcan D. Zaldivar Jr., 21


years of age, single and presently residing at Purok Rose, Songcuya, Diplahan Zamboanga
Sibugay Province. I obtained my baccalaureate course with the degree of Bachelor of Technical
Teacher Education last March 27, 2018 at Sibugay Technical Institute Incorporated, Lower
Taway, Ipil, ZamboangaSibugay Province.

I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers which I took last September 30, 2018, at
Pagadian City with the rating of 83.20%. I am willing to be part of the realization in world of
teaching. To help them develop and promote whatever their mission and vision inside the
school/institution with eagerness to face different challenges and fulfills any responsibilities of
each individual learner. I will acknowledge with a benevolent heart whatever that the position
might be present. Hoping you’re helping hands will make my dreams to come true I am willing
