Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!
I am Fely T. Sablande, Teacher III of Divisoria Elementary School, Divisoria, Bontoc,
Southern Leyte. It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter to express my interest to fill
in a Head Teacher 1 position. I have finished my undergraduate studies at SLSU-Tomas Oppus
with the course Bachelor in Elementary Education in the year 2003. With the grace of the Lord, I
was hired in the Department of Education on July 25, 2005. With my rich experience in my
almost 16 years as Elementary Teacher, I do feel confident in my ability to fulfill the duties and
responsibilities the position necessitates.
Being a versatile educator, I have wonderful opportunity to teach academically and
socially diverse group of children. I have proven my ability to adapt quickly to a changing
student population while maintaining a well-behaved and focused learning environment.
The experience as School and District ICT Coordinator of Bontoc II, gave me an
opportunity to be able to experience the work of a school head by leading teachers gather data
to come up with a reliable data needed.
Giving importance to continuous professional development, I had completed all the
academic requirements towards the degree of Master of Arts in Education (MAED) with
specialization in Educational Management at Asian Development Foundation College and has
taken and passed the comprehensive examination last June 29-30, 2019.
I also participated in the different teacher training programs which helped me improve
my interpersonal skills and get involved in different matters concerning the development of the
community where I belong.
I am looking forward to a positive response to my intention.

I am Fely T. Sablande, Teacher III and currently the Teacher In-Charge of Cawayanan
Elementary School, Cawayanan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte. I am writing to formally inform you my
intention of going back to being a classroom teacher. This decision has not been an easy one
for me to make, but after careful consideration I have concluded that it is necessary for some
personal and health reasons.
I appreciate the opportunity that you have given me to work professionally during my
time as Teacher In-Charge. The collaborative and nurturing environment has been instrumental
in my professional growth and I am truly grateful for the opportunities provided to me.
I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition for my replacement. I apologize for any
