Site characteristics
The site is located on dippo_ bahir dar Ethiopia, found to the center of the city. along with two arterial
road and the neighborhood urban character of the site is commercial building.t
Site history
The site is one of the gas store for the country Ethiopia, established on 1970 in E.C.it were give service
up to 1994 E.C.
Transportation
The site is accessed through all of transport systems, and also accessed by the pedestrians.
Topography
The site is considering generally have flat slop with wet area along through the lake Tana.
Climatic Considerations
The site is oriented to the north. Negative influences, predominantly cold westerly winds and hot northwesterly
winds are buffered by the building. The use of clear trunked canopy trees and low understory
plantings to the northern and eastern boundaries will ensure that any prevailing north easterlies can enter and
effectively cool the site. Canopy trees along the northern alignment will shade the car park area through the
summer months.
