Dear XXX,

This letter confirms our decision that your employment with (company name)s is terminated
effective immediately.

The reasons for terminating your employment with us are as follows:

● You have not been following the work timings (coming late) in spite of giving the privilege of
changing the timings for you specifically.
● Your work performance has been way below the mark, your supervisor has raised concerns
with you innumerable times, and manager has spoken with you as well.
● The client is also not happy with your performance.
● You have to be monitored constantly and we have found you to be unreliable, irresponsible,
and not dependable.
● You are not at all performing the role for which you were recruited (Reviewer role).Instead
someone has to monitor you and review all your work.

You will return the company belongings (Mobile phone, Charger and ID card).

You receive a notice pay of 15 days as you are still on probation. All your dues will be settled.
