Special Note and Conditions for Import Process :

 All charges in others currency beside USD / IDR will be converterd into an equivalent amount
- Document required for export customs clearance process : NPWP ( tax license ), Letter of authority,
Statement letter, NIK ( Customs Registration ), API/T ( Importer License ), SIUP and other document
related goods specification ( NPIK, POM , COO, etc ).
 Overnight Charge will be charge/Night,After 7 hours cargo arrival at site without activities.
 Non Hazard Material (Explosive),
 Cost Exclude Insurance Protection.
 Port Charges, THC, Depo Charges, Shipping Line Charges are estimate only and will charges
actual per receipt.
 Storage at Port : Count for 10 Days.
 Trucking charges only for standard cargo (exclude oversized cargo) using Tronton Truck
 Cost Exclude VAT.
 Cost for handling with over dimension using lowbed will be calculated base on packing list
updated.
 Import clearance process 2-3 days ( ( excl. sat/sun/holidays ) upon accepting complete
document, import duty+taxes and approval of our charges. If any discrepancy is found, further
process will be done only upon approval from consignee.
