TRAININGS
All trainings shall be conducted within two (2) weeks from
acceptance of the item/s at the expense of the winning bidder.
a. Familiarization of the operating procedures of the equipment
(In-house Training) for members of the department for two (2) days
b. Training for trouble shooting and maintenance of the
equipment – two (2) Biomedical Technicians for two (2) days.
WARRANTY
One (1) year warranty for parts and services after the acceptance by
the end- user/authorized hospital personnel;
SPARE PARTS:
Certification from the suppliers that the spare parts are available for at
least five (5) years from the date of the warranty period.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The proponent is responsible for the notifications,
transportation and delivery of the supplied equipment at no
cost to the government.
• Equipment must be brand new, unused and of the latest
       model or was never listed in any product recall worldwide.
• 95% uptime of the equipment shall be guaranteed within the
warranty period and that any accumulated downtime in excess
of 5% shall be added to the warranty period.
• The proponent must have a local repair facility and
 availability of service technician and/or bio-mechanical
engineer within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays)
upon receipt of notice from the AFPMC in case of equipment
breakdown during the warranty period;
• Free preventive maintenance every quarter during the
          warranty period. Furnishing of a detailed operations and
          maintenance manual for each appropriate unit of the supplied
          goods;
• Availability of service unit in case of equipment
          breakdown requiring more than one week of repair during the
warranty period.
• Proof of Delivery or Certification from at least one (1)
          Tertiary Hospital that the bidder has delivered the same
       equipment.
