Because my name is

…and I am
the greatest
Mindreader
in the world!
Let me show you.
We'll use these
cards for a
demonstration.
Ready?
Take the cards out
of the box and
shuffle them.
Spread the deck on
the table.
I will memorise
the exact order of
the cards.
(Stare at the deck
for 5 seconds…
and ‘memorise’
the cards!)
Now I’d like you
to think of ANY
card in the deck.
Transmit that
thought to me!
OK… let me
concentrate…

(Name a number
between 1-52)
I will count down
to that number and
place the card
face down in
front of you.
What was the name
of the card you

card you were

I also knew that
your card was at
position (name the
number again) in
the deck!
Turn over the
card and gasp with
astonishment!
