This Cooperation Agreement is made effective the 22th December 2018 to assure the rights
and responsibility between AIESEC in UNSOED and Exchange Participant. Nur Aulia
Rakhmah Majdina as LCVP of Outgoing Global Talent and Entrepreneur (OGTE) of
AIESEC in UNSOED, therefore is entitled and empowered to act for and on behalf of
AIESEC in UNSOED referred to as “First Party”; and Mutia Puri Sanctita as AIESEC
Global Talent Program Exchange Participant that referred to as “Second Party”.
(Here in after referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”)
The Parties hereby have reached the following understanding as follows:
Article 1
INTRODUCTION
1. First Party is the international platform for young people to explore and develop their
leadership potential which is AIESEC in UNSOED.
2. Second Party is an Exchange Participant (EP) of AIESEC Global Talent Program of
AIESEC in UNSOED.
3. Both parties agree that any actions conducted shall pursuant to, for and in relation to the
applicable policy of AIESEC in UNSOED and the best on agreement in this contract with
respect to the operation and policy of exchange as may be affirmed, amended and
added from time to time;

Article 2
FIRST PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To fulfill any and all private agreements with Interns and Organization relating to
responsibilities of one party to another;
2. To provide corresponding support and guidance to Interns and Organizations at any
stage of the AIESEC Global Talent Program (Selection, Accepted, Approved, Realized
of Internship, Completed, Evaluation, insurance information, visa application, and Re
integration) and during any complaint procedure;
3. To provide intern manager or buddy that helps and guides the intern during a matching
procedure and internship period;
4. To maintain an active communication with the Second Party before, during, and after
the internship starts.
Article 3
FIRST PARTY RIGHTS
1. To select an intern according to procedures described in this policy and its own selection
criteria and procedures, as those are mentioned in the Job Questionnaire;
2. To demand the Intern with any documents needed during the approved procedure with
AIESEC hosting entity;
3. To receive the signed national policy regarding provision refunds for Indirect Approved
contract. (*);
4. To demand the intern will perform with the full extent of requirements and duties stated
in the Job Description and Job Questionnaire;
Article 4
SECOND PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The Intern is responsible to follow at all times the policies outlined in this document;
2. To refrain from exporting information about Interns/Organization to other platforms;
3. To submit all documents that related with matching procedure, visa application, and
insurance to the AIESEC in UNSOED;
4. To maintain an active communication with the First Party before, during, and after the
internship starts;
5. To join Outgoing Preparation Seminar (OPS) that will be held by the First Party before
the intern leaves for internship;

6. To have the living cost in the hosting entity and able to pay the flight ticket for returning if
it’s not provided by the hosting entity.(*);
7. Second Party has to pay Approval Fee: Rp 4.000.000 after get Accepted.
8. Second Party will get charged if:
Break Approved Fee: Rp 2.000.000 is paid in due situations explained in article 6 in
this contract, due 14 (fourteen) days after a formal Break Approved agreement
is made by the First Party.
(*) Every intern is suggested to bring the basic living cost while doing internship in hosting
entity. Most of companies in hosting entity don’t give the flight ticket for intern to go
internship. Please be concern about it.
Total Administration Fee is excluding VISA, Flight Ticket, Passport, and any other
expenses.
9. To submit and fill up all these documents maximum 14 days after the return’s date.
Once the interns fulfill all these documents within 14 days, the certiticate will be given to
the intern. The documents are included:
a. NPS Survey
This survey will be sent directly to EP’s account in global system in the end of the
internship.
b. Standard Survey
This survey will be in EP’s account in global system once the EP approved, before
he/she depart for the internship, and after the internship starts.
c. LDA Survey
This survey will be in EP’s account in global system when the EP has accepted in one
opportunity.
d. Quick Questions and Testimonial for AIESEC Campaign
Answer these questions in essay form:
1) If you can describe this experience in one word, what is it and why?
2) What this experience has taught you the most?
3) Why would Indonesian youth join this program?
4) What are the things that you got from this internship that might be helpful for your future
career?

e. Pictures
Submit at least 10 original high quality pictures showing your activities there, including
your workplace, your internship situation, your city, and interesting places you
visited.
f. Video of your own
Please make a video during your internship experiences that consist about 70% or your
internship experiences and 30% of your cultural visits or holiday moments. During
the video, it must be included several answers such as:
1) Internship experience
2) Benefits for EP during the internship
3) Key learning and lessons learnt during AIESEC internship
4) Recommendation
Article 5
SECOND PARTY RIGHTS
1. The Second Party has a right to apply for the AIESEC Global Talent Program if they
are not older than 30 years of age at the time of passing the Talent Review Board;
2. To apply for an internship with any country or territory entity in which he/she has lived for
a minimum period of six (6) months in Indonesia;
3. To participate in the Global Talent Program up to a maximum period of 36 months
abroad. These 36 months can be allocated whenever and in whichever order, so long as
they follow the minimum and maximum duration of AIESEC internships;
Article 6
OTHERS
1. The fee that has been paid can’t be returned to the Second Party with any reasons;
2. Second Party has an available form for 3 (three) months in AIESEC website in order to
find a company counted from the date of Exchange Participant Contract. First Party has
the right to reject the form afterward (*);
3. The legal Break Approved conditions that make the Second Party can’t continue the
process for Global Talent/Entrepreneur Program in AIESEC are:
If in the hosting entity is in the war condition or any dangerous conditions, so it has
potentials to damage the EP life. The First Party should give confirmation letter to
hosting entity regarding the current condition of the country.
In the emergency conditions, such as family death or EP/ family disease. The
Second Party should give the evidence regarding those issues above.
Intern gets discriminated based on ethnicity, religion, race, sex, age, and social
groups by the TNs before leaving to hosting entity.
If the Second Party can’t get proper documents for the visa application in the hosting
entity (including Acceptance Note and Invitation Letter).
If the visa application is rejected, the Second Party has to show the letter of
evidence.

4. If the Second Party follows the legal Break Approved which is stated in Article 6.2,
his/her form in global system will be available until next 3 (three) months right after the
form gets Break Approved. By doing so, please submit the report to the First Party to
explain what condition they are evolving of;
5. If the Second Party choose to do Break Approved outside the legal condition in Article
6.2, there will be the consequences which are:
Pay the Break Approved fee that already stated in Article 4.7
Second party is not allowed to take any AIESEC Global Talent/Entrepreneur
Program again.
Second party can’t take any AIESEC program within 1 year after he/she
decides to break approved with invalid reasons.
Responsible with any expenses that already paid by the Second Party. First
Party is not responsible with any of expenses, including flight ticket expense or
any other expenses.
(*) During 3 (three) months, intern will be suggested with several companies that have become
partner with AIESEC in UNSOED. In the same time, you can find the list of companies in
global system by yourself. Intern manager/buddy will give recommendation during the
approved process.
6. If the Second Party can’t be approved with any projects due to inflexibility and internal
problems, the First Party is not responsible for it;
7. After the contract is expired, the Second Party will be unavailable in First Party’s global
system;
8. Second Party shall be allowed to join Global Talent Program after the expiration date
but he/she should follow the process from the beginning: interview section, payment,
and contract;
9. The Exchange Program Policies details shall be attached in this contract and be
explained by First Party. Both Parties should refer to the Exchange Program Policies
as the guidance and contract. Both parties should agree on all points in The Exchange
Program Policies.
This contract is made with full of consciousness and without any pressures from each party.
Any conflict regarding the contract will be solved with the peaceful settlement.
