Survey of Satisfaction for Job and Life
This questionnaire is to reveal nurses’ feelings and attitudes to the job and life,
so there is no correct answer. Please read questions thoroughly and thick the closest
choice to your thought. Answer the questions without taking them too seriously. This
questionnaire is consist of two parts; Questionnaire A includes 56 items, and
Questionnaire B includes 11 items. Start from the top and do not miss questions. Please
refer examples below to answer.
