FINAL ORDER
This matter came before the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission
{the Commission) at a public meeting on May 2, 2019 In Jupiter, Florida. It was
alleged by Administrative Complaint that the Respondent had violated specified
sections of Chapter 943, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 11B-27, Florida Administrative
Code. The facts were not contested and, at the Respondent's election, the hearing
was conducted in accordance with the provisions of §§ 120.569 and 120.57(2),
Florida Statutes. The Respondent was duly notified of the hearing but neither
appeared nor was represented at the proceedings.
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. The allegations of fact set forth in the Administrative Complaint are
supported by competent substantial evidence. Those allegations of fact are
approved, adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the Commission's
findings of fact.INCLUSIONS OF LAW
4. The Commission has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter
of this case.
2. Under §943.1395, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 11B-27, Florida
Administrative Code, the allegations of fact set forth in the Administrative Complaint
constitute good legal grounds for taking disciplinary action against the Respondent.
It is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent's above-
referenced criminal justice certifications are hereby REVOKED.
This Final Order will become effective upon filing with the Clerk of the
Department of Law Enforcement.
