Coin Recycler (CR) deposit jam

Information
Coins or other obstacles can cause a jam in the upper part of the CR.

Procedure to solve coin jam in the CR


When the display indicates “Coin jam”; follow the instructions below.
a) Look into the coin deposit bowl (1) and remove any found obstacles.
b) Open the top cover unit and search the coin rotor (2) for obstacles.
c) Check the coin guide (3) and remove any found obstacles.
d) Open the lid of the SR5i (4) and remove any found obstacles.
e) Lift of the dispense bowl unit cover and fold out the coin deposit unit. Remove any
obstacles found in the CD 5000 sorter 8 way (5).
Upon completion close the top unit cover.
NOTE – Any coin found before the SR5i (4) is uncounted by the CR and belongs to the customer. Any
coin found lower than the SR5i (4) is counted by the CR and belongs to the store.
