1. TILES WORK:-
Floor area of 1100 Sq.ft. aprrox. with all labour and materials rate of Rs.100/- per sq.ft.
Amount –1,05,000/-

2. ELECTRICITY WORK:-
 Muilti core RR/ RK Light/ Anchor.
 Each floor will be connected with separate MCB of Havells make.
 Ceiling Light – Lotus LED Lights
Amount –1,05,000/-

3. PLUMBIMG WORK:-
 All fitting of bathroom & toilets will be of Cera Make of amount Rs 80,000/-.
 Kitchen will have modular design as per architects of amount Rs 1,45,000/-.

4. RAILING WORK:-
SS Railing in staircase and balcony of amount Rs 80,000/-.

5. STAIRCASE:-
Staircase will be done with granite finish work of 500 Sq.ft
Amount – Rs 60,000/- (Rs120x500).

6. PAINTING WORK:- The painting work will compromised of,


 2 Coat of Putti;
 1 Coat of Primer;
 2 Coat of Paint (Asian/Berger Medium Range)

Amount – Rs 1,10,000/-

7. POP WORK:-
POP work will be done in Rs 35/- per sq.ft.

Total Amount- 6,85,000/-(including all taxes) For RSM DESIGN
