Bed Room:- Window Frames and Bedroom Vascals with Neem Wood,
Flush Doors, Shutters Australia Honne with Glass.
Pooja Room:- Vaascal and Door — Honne Wood.

2) ELECTRICAL WORKS:
Hall Room:- T.V. Points, Fan Points, Internet Points, Tube Points, AEH Points,
UPS Points, Plug Points.
Bed Room:- Tube Points, Fan Points, Plug Points.
Bath Room:- Tube Points, AEH Points, Plug Points.
Kitchen:- Tube Points, Exhaust Point, AEH Points, Plug Points,
Fittings all Owner's Responsible.

3) PAINTINGS:
Inside the Building - Tractor Emulsion.
Outside the Building- ACE.
Windows, Shutters — Enamel Paint, Asian Company.
Main Door — Polish. Pooja Room — Frame Door Polish.
Balcony Grills and Staircase Grills — Enamel Paint.

4) PLUMBING WORKS:
Inside the Building - CPVC Pipes.
Outside the Building — CPVC Pipes.
Syntax Tank — 750 Ltrs. —1 No. for One Floor.
Bath Rooms:- 3-in-1 Point Connections.
(Sanitary Fittings, Tap Fittings and etc., Owner's Responsibility).

5) GRILL WORKS:
Balcony Grills, Staircase Grills Outside,
Safety Gate — 1 No.
Compound covering Grill Extra Amount to be paid by Owner / Landlord.

6) FLOORING WORKS:
Granite Flooring for the complete building or Vitrified Tiles —Rs.85/- per Sq. Ft.
including fitting charges.
Bathroom with Wall Tiles of 7' Feet Height.
Flooring Mat Finish. Kitchen Walls Tiles 4' Feet Height above the
Cooking Platform. Cooking Platform L Type with 40mm Granite. Granite Wash
Basin — 2'x2' - 1 No.,
Bathroom and Kitchen Wall Tile — Rs.350/- per Box.
7) OUTSIDE PAPER WORKS:
For the above construction works the outside paper works to be done by the
Landlord / Owner's responsible.

8) RATE:
The Above Construction including materials and labour Rs.__________ per
Square Total 1st Floor only,
Staircase 100% Rate for one floor only.
Ground Floor if any alteration / demolition / extension works extra charges.

NOTE:
 Elevation and Design works charges will be extra.
 Electrical Bescom Works like Electric Pole to the Meter Box, Outside and Paper
Work, all-Landlord / Owner's Responsible. Interior Work Extra, Sanitary Fittings
Extra, Electrical Fan, Chimney and Geyser Extra.

 Outside PIT is Landlord / Owner's Responsible.

 If any extra works undertaken by the Contractor apart from the above said works
extra charges have to be paid by the Landlord / Owner.
