the sum of PESOS: ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 1,200,
000.00), in hand paid to me and receipt is hereby acknowledged, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto YOO KSEEISONGYU, Korean, of legal age, residing at
Mabolo, Cebu City, Philippines, their heirs and assigns, a certain SUV VEHICLE, together with
the accessories and accessions thereon, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
