Dear RD Ondet:

I, Ezekiel Jacob D. Carinan, the former Program Head of People’s Law Enforcement Board in
Department of Interior and Local Government-NCR, would like to express my interest in applying as a
Development Officer III in your department. I am a self-motivated person who is prepared to work
hard to achieve my goals for the organization. I maintain work performance despite difficulties and
take on more than others,

With almost 2 years of experience in the field of education, especially senior high school, and
exposure to different activities and groundwork for Department of Interior and Local Government-
NCR as a former Legal Officer, and Program Head. I believe I would be a perfect fit for this position. Last
December 2018, I graduated with Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Polytechnic
University of the Philippines. I also completed and passed the first semester of my Juris Doctorate
Program in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

Even though I am not a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Social Sciences, I have a global and cultural point
of view, and a mindset for it because of my broad interests in psychology, sociology, and
anthropology. My special skills include knowing how to speak, write, and listen in French and
Spanish.
