CHECKLIST
1.     Firstly, Agent Registration Form i.e., REA-I has to be retyped in the same format
and the details regarding their respective category has to be typed in the form.
2.     Four copies of the Form has to be taken out i.e. (1+3), three for the Authority and
one for the receiving.
3.     The documents required for the different category of agent registration are as
follows: For Individual: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Office address proof and two copies of
D.D. on the remaining two sets. 3 Copies of photograph to be pasted on all the three sets.
For Proprietorship Firm: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, GST No., Office Address proof(legal
document) and D.D. Copy on remaining two sets. 3 Copies of the photograph of the
proprietor to be pasted on all the three sets.
For Partnership Firm: Aadhar Card and PAN of all the Partners, PAN of the firm, GST of
the firm, Partnership Deed, office address proof and photograph of all the partners.
4.     Mode of Payment has to be through Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque/ Manager’s
Cheque. The Fee for respective category is : Rs 25000/- for the Individual and Rs
2,50,000/- for the others. Demand Draft has to be headed in favour of Haryana Real
Estate Regulatory Authority payable at Gurugram.
5.     All the forms have to be page numbered and Index has to be attached on top of all
three forms.
6.     All the three forms have to be brought in one Cobra File.
7.     Proof of place of business/ Office Address proof is mandatory to be provided by
the applicant i.e. local address proof of Gurugram is mandatory which has to be legal
document only.
