Dear Sir:

I, Princess A. Nolido, student assistant in Science Laboratory, am writing this letter to

inform you that I am resigning from the scholarship you have given to me effective on
the 28th day of May 2018.

It was a great opportunity for me working in this institution.Thank you for the
opportunities for personal development that you have provided me during the last four
years. I have enjoyed working for Lipa City Colleges and appreciate the support
provided me during my tenure with the company. I am also thankful to the department
heads and teachers that guided and allowed me to grow as an individual and as a
professional.

As much as I want to stay, I need to make such difficult decision that ended this
resignation. I need to look for new job opportunities in order to fulfill my necessities and
to prepare myself for my On the Job Training next school year. I also believe it is about
time for me to endeavor on new challenges for my career goals.
I would like to thank you for accepting me especially when I was just starting as a
student assistant. I hope that we will stay in touch as I begin this new chapter in my
career.

I wish Lipa City Colleges the best of success in the future.

Sincerely,

Princess A. Nolido
Student Assistant
