I, JOSEPH DALE L. BATOCTOY, of legal age, single, resident of CEBU CITY do hereby
name, constitute and appoint ERICA JOYCE BURAY of legal age, single, resident of MAKATI
CITY, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To represent me for and in behalf in requesting and securing the issuance of


Certificate of my membership in the Bar, Certificate of the grades/ratings I obtained
in the 2018 Bar Examinations, Certificate of Good Standing/Clearance as Lawyer,
and Clearance and membership from the Office of the Bar Confidant for Notary
Commission;
2. To receive and acknowledge receipts;
3. To sign and execute necessary papers and documents in relation thereto and
generally to do or perform any act or deed necessary or that may be required in
furtherance of this authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform any and every act and thing requisite or necessary or proper
to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
