Nancy: Good morning People of the Philippines and welcome to our new
episode of “The Bottomline”. I am Nancy, your gorgeously beautiful host
together with my beautifully confident co-host.

Melody: Melody, your one and only. 😉 Today we will be hearing from
different famous personalities that will give us a little overview of how we
look at things specifically in the fields of personal mastery, self-awareness,
personal vision mission and personal values.

MODULE 1: PERSONAL MASTERY: ROAD TO COMMITMENT, INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

1. For you what is Personal Mastery?

“Personal mastery is the discipline of continually clarifying and deepening our personal vision, of focusing
our energies, of developing patience, and of seeing reality objectively.”

2. It is said that Personal mastery can also be achieved if you are able to identify your strengths and
weaknesses. Can you cite an example where you were able to utilize your strength and a situation
where you were able to develop your weaknesses?

3. They say that being proactive is the ability of a person to act in advance in dealing expected difficulty.
What difficulty in your life did you encounter recently and how did you conquer it in a proactive way?
