House Rules
My house rules are as follows. Please kindly check this.
To all the guest who made a reservation with me.
I would like to inform you of some important rules
with all of you.
1. Check in time is from 3 pm. After 22:00 please contact to me more
early.Check out time is until 11 am.This is non-negotiable and no ex-
ceptions.
I can keep your luggage before check-in or after check out for free
and if you want me to keep the luggage please tell me at least 1 day
prior to check in.
2. If you smoke, please smoke in a designated area. No Smoking inside
the room.If I found the traces of smoking, I will charge 20,000 yen
without exception.
3. Sadly some guest left my room with many trash and get dirt a
lot.The guest who left the room more dirty than normal, an extra
3,000 yen for the cleaning will be charged.
4. Sometimes I haven't heard from the guest once they made a reser-
vation.Please reply to my message at least we talk about the check in
process and arrival time.I won't take any responsibility if you can't
check in unless you reply to my message before you check in.
5, 7000 yen will be charged if you break the check out time.
6. I provide Wi-Fi for you to use which is enough for sightseeing, mes-
saging and social media etc., but not for work or downloading, because
there is a data limit.
If you need unlimited internet for work purposes or such you need to
provide your own Wi-Fi.
Please note these rules (1-6) above and confirm you have understood.
