8-24-02 - DREAM - I was in a house with other

people and we decided to
experiment with color energies.

There were 5 of us in my group. At the last moment,

one of the women
decided she needed to go upstairs to get something. Her
name was
Beatrice.

So, we decided to start without her, rather than

wait for her to come
back.

I said I would try at first and told the oldest

man in the group to step
forward in the center -between us. He was dark-skinned,
with curly black
hair and brown  eyes - either Italian or Sicilian
appearing.

He bent down and I made a ring around his head

near his eye level and
moved them upward towards the top of his
head.

Immediately, a bright purplish-white light came

up out of his head and
danced around the top of his head brilliantly.

The man got down on his knees on the floor and

the light grew brighter
and seemed to spill out on the floor.

The light was so petty, the rest of us dove into

the light on the floor that
was still coming out of the man's head like a
fountain of water. It felt cool
and peaceful in the purple-white light and
we all reveled in it.

But the light began to diminish with our excitement

and we all got up off
the floor talking excitedly about what we had just
experienced.

I told one of the other men to go upstairs and

get 'BEA' because I didn't
want her to miss the next time we did this
again.

By now the three of us were remaining laying on

the floor. I had the
Italian/Sicilian man in my arms and another man on his
immediate left.
We planned to do this experiment laying down, so the
purplish-white light
would spill out of the Italian man's head like water
and cover us with the
exquisite peace and coolness.

NOTE: The name Beatrice means 'blesses' and 'brings

joy'

DREAM #2 - I woke up briefly, thinking about

the dream and thinking
about journaling it and fell asleep again.

I found myself in the same house, waiting for Beatrice

to come downstairs
and decided to do some yard chores while I was waiting.
So I went outside
into the yard to water the flowers and the
grass.

I had long hoses to do the watering with sprinklers

on the ends, so I could
water the whole yard at once.

So I lay the first hose out by the garden and turned

on the water. As I did,
I imagined that same purplish-white color coming
out of the water into
the garden and just as I did that, I could see
purplish-white light pouring
out of the water all over the flowers.

Then I lay a hose out on the lawn, all excited

to do this again, but decided
to imagine a different color and imagined the
color green coming out of
the water. Just as I imagined it, a greenish-white
light came pouring out
of the water all over the lawn where the water was
hitting the grass.

This was a huge lawn with many trees that children

played on and in as
well, so I lay a series of hoses with sprinklers across
the lawn about every
12 feet and at each one, I imagined the purplish-white
light or the
greenish white light coming out of the water onto the lawn and
it did.

It was so pretty to see. Just as I was thinking

that, I had a vision of a small
screen in the upper reaches of my eyesight
and saw a beautiful rose-
colored rose flower and under it the word TOPAZ
and immediately the
color Topaz filled the picture over the rose which made
me know that no
matter what color I imagined, that's what color would come
out of the
water or the person.

What a precious gift of knowledge this was.

NOTE: Whitehorse woman says that topaz helps one

have a practical
outlook in ones life and methods of doing things. Helps
one to know what
will work best in any situation. Helps them to go from point
a to point be
then on to point c without wasting time.

Egyptians thought the Imperial Topaz was the captured

light of the Sun
God Ra. It was worn in amulets for protection from accident
or attacks.
Greeks and Romans also associated the golden crystals with their
Sun
God, Jupiter. They believed the stone increased their strength and could
neutralize enchantments.

Bushmen in Africa used Topaz in healing ceremonies

and rituals to
connect with ancestral spirits.

Color Visualization
If you don't know what color you need, you can
use this rainbow
technique and it will balance your entire body.
 Personally, I always use
blue to remove pain of a headache
and green or pure white if I need to
heal something within myself.
 Following these instructions are more
details for specific illnesses
and dis-eases.

First, sit in a comfortable chair, with feet firmly

planted on the floor in
front of you. If you lay down you might fall asleep
and not finish the
technique and end up with too much color. If you stay
conscious, you can
control how long you do the technique. You will want to
do it for only 3 to
5 minutes in the beginning. Once you are comfortable
with the technique
and know which color you need, you can individualize the
color and work
with only one at a time, such as done with individual chakras.

Breathe deeply and evenly, feeling the cleansing

power of oxygen
permeating your body's cells as you inhale, and the release
of carbon
dioxide waste as you exhale. Conscious, deep breathing cleanses
the blood
and cells of the body. . This also allows your spiritual Higher
Self to align
in the body.

Visualize the crown chakra (at the top of your

head) and begin to imagine
it opening as though it were the lens of a camera.
Ask the Universe for all
the color rays of rainbow energy to flow down through
your crown
chakra. Your spirit guides and guardian angels will be there to
assist with
this as they are always with you.  These rainbow colors
are the red,
orange, yellow, green, rose, blue, indigo, violet, silver, gold,
white, and
black rays. There is also ultra-red and ultra-violet. By stating
your intent
for healing they will flow from the Universe to whatever level
body you
need them in. Do not be too concerned if you don't know how this
works.
Just by asking, it will happen.

As the rainbow rays flow into your crown chakra,

visualize them entering
your bloodstream through the arteries and permeating
the cells of your
entire body. This only takes a few moments to go from one
end of your
body to the other.

If you have a specific problem you wish to work

on, you can ask for the
colors to infuse that particular area of the body.
The body listens to every
thought you think, so just by stating what you
want, it will happen. This
thought/body connection is very important to know,
because your every
negative thought makes negative things occur, and every
positive thought
you have, takes the body to higher levels of consciousness.
The worst
problem is that we confuse our own bodies by asking it to do something
positive and then doubting that it can happen. In this case, please refrain
from doubting the positive outcome so you don't undo the good you have
just
done.

In the end, balance is always the key to strive

for.

Color Water Healing - Sun's

Energies
Place a glass of clear water on the window sill
in a sunny place. The sun
will put its energies into the water . Sunlight
contains all the colors of the
rainbow. You can drink this water for health
purposes. Or use it to water
plants.

As seen in the dream above, you can pour a glass

of distilled water and
imagine whatever color you wish into the water and
drink it for the health
purposes you are working on that day.

Water, when exposed to sunlight in a colored container

for at least an
hour become irradiated and takes on some of the vibrational
energy of
that particular color. This is called solarized water. If you are
not
comfortable visualizing the colors at first, you can purchase special
colored containers, but they can easily be improvised using colored
cellophane.
Simply drink (solarized water should always be sipped) this
water at regular
intervals throughout the day.

A red vessel will give red solarized water; a blue

vessel, blue solarized
water, etc. The longer the water remains exposed to
the sun, the stronger
is its potency. Solarization depends on temperature,
geographical location
and the time of the day. One simple way to determine
if the water has
absorbed the sun's energy is to drop an ice cube in the
glass of water to be
solarized. When the ice cube has completely melted,
the water is charged.
Obviously, it will take more time in winter as opposed
to in summer.

Following you will find the appropriate

colors for healing certain
illnesses. Note that these instructions are not
given by physicians, but
color therapists work with them. Do not take these
notes as a prescription
- but in adjunct to your own physicians medicines
and advice. Please note
that recently, it has been advised on television
that people no longer need
to drink 8 glasses of water a day in addition
to other fluids, and some
doctors are now allowing coffee, teas, and sodas
as part of the water
allowance for the day. We do not recommend this. In
fact, we would
advise that all coffee, teas, and sodas, including and especially
diet fluids
be eliminated completely from the body while healing. Once you
feel
better, you will not want these other fluids to pass your lips and
contaminate the body again.

It is easier to learn to heal than learning to

ride a bicycle or play the
piano. This type of healing utilizes the prana
or life force available from
the sun, air and ground to heal the bodies'
imbalances. It requires no
drugs, crystals, or mechanical gadgets or even
physical contact with the
body. The reason that no physical contact is needed
is because you, the
healer is working on the energy body and not directly
on the physical
body. The energy body, is better known as the aura. The aura
is the field
of energy that permeates the body and extends out from it from
two to
five feet in most people. The aura is what clairvoyants see
as the luminous
energy field that is visible around the physical body. The
aura layers we
will deal with here,  from the inner most dense to the
outer finer or higher
vibration layer are 1. etheric 2. emotional 3. mental
4. causal. This energy
field is also interpenetrates the body, which
is utilized by the chakras.

body. When we change and heal the energy body it

creates a new pattern
for the physical body to follow, which results in a
physical healing. The
physical body actually heals itself.

NOTE: There are more layers to the aura and the

spiritual bodies, but
that study will be dealt with elsewhere. The
layers we will be working
with are the following.

1. Etheric: lower astral, a bluish or grayish layer

that extends an inch or
two out from the body most associated with the physical
body is the
easiest to see . some people are also able to see the etheric
outlines of the
internal organs . This can also be seen as a light blue on
dark blue grid.
This grid is called the etheric web, which can also be repaired
to assist in
healing the body.

2. Emotional: The emotional aspects of life and

being. Seen are soft multi-
colored clouds of light visible from one to six
inches out from the body.
This is the layer most often described by aura
readers. This layer will
show dark spots or cloudy or stagnant areas where
emotional blocks and
pain exist .

3. Mental: The mental body reflects the colors

of the thought processes,
linear thinking. Personal power.

4. Causal: Higher Astral, Seen in this layer are

multi-colored clouds,
associated with the heart such as love, anger, and
hatred. It is called
Causal because this layer is the cause of many of the
problems in the
other layers.

That said, it is not necessary to see the aura

to work with it. No one need
feel left out for not seeing the aura. Anyone
can still work with the colors
and energies even if this aura is not seen.
If you wish to get some idea of
seeing the aura, you may sit in a dim light with a white background in
front of you. Unfocus your eyes while holding your fingers in front of your
eyes. Stare at the space between your fingers. At some point in this
process, you will see light blue flickering lights
of energy coming out
between your fingers. This is your aura. Your entire
body has this same
blue flickering light energy around it, with the colored
areas beyond it.

CLEANSING: Before healing can be accomplished,

the dis-eased energies
of the affected energy centers/dis-eased organs must
be cleansed. After
that is accomplished, then one can re-energize them. One
wouldn't pour
fresh coffee into a cup that is filled with stale coffee, thus
the dis-eased
energy of the body must be removed before putting in new energy.
A
person would get even sicker when the body tries to get rid of stale or
dis-
eased energies, if new energies are forced on top of the dis-eased energies.

ENERGIZING: Healers make a mistake by using their

own energy to
heal another person. To do healing, using prana of the Universe,
the
energies from the Universe are used, rather than that of another person.
We live in a virtual ocean of energy. By projecting the Universal energy
into the dis-eased and cleansed body it does not drain your own
energy.

Using intention and visualization you can send

color energies from the
Universe to the person who needs the
healing.

Emotional and psychological problems can also be

healed using this
method. The aura of the body holds all the negative emotions
and
traumatic experiences a person goes through in their life. One can spend
many years agonizing and crying about the past experiences, and the
memories
remain just the same in the aura. But by adjusting the chakras
and removing
these negative energies from the aura, healing of emotional
problems can
be healed much more easily. The person need not even tell
the healer what
the problems are, and they can be healed. When the
cleansing and re-energizing
is done on a person, the body automatically
experiences the peace and serenity
that the new energies bring in. It's like
getting a new inner body.

The invisible life force of energy is part of all

living things. We could not
alive without this energy surrounding and
interpenetrating our bodies,
just as we depend on water and air to live.
 A good balance and regulation
of the energies of the bodies is essential
to health and life.

Water has been traditionally used as a symbol of

life in many cultures.
We see many of these ancient temples, fountains and
baths in historical
scenes. Life is all about energy and movement, therefore
energy and
water and air needs to be flowing well through the body. The body's
energies must be flowing just like a waterfall or fountain in order to be
healthy. There is no better metaphor for the mind body spirit connection
than that of water. Research recently has implied that water molecules
could
be continually changing shape and form.

Water is can be looked upon as mystical on many

levels. It is the only
substance on earth that is naturally present in three
different forms -
liquid, solid, and gas. One of the most profound mysteries
about water is
that it is one of the rare substances that expands when it
grows colder.
Most substances become denser when they grow colder. Water
expands as
it grows cold which allows it (ice) to float. If our earth's water
would be
totally frozen, conscious life could never come into being. Water
allows
for conscious life ~ ancient peoples have long known this, and therefore
declared it sacred.

In many health conditions, pure water administered

externally or
internally can treat stress and pain, and eliminate organisms
such as
bacteria, viruses, fungus, and parasites. There are many therapies
using
treated and mineralized waters. In this case, we are using pure
unadulterated distilled water. This is one of the most easily accessible
and
least expensive ways to heal with water in your own home. Drinking lots
of clean water, cleansing your inner organs, and taking baths in a
ritualized
way can assist in balancing the body in more than one way.
Adding only color
to the water in these treatments will assist in healing of
the body. Nature's
greatest gift to us is water, and it's yours for the

RED has been

known to escalate the body's metabolism with vibrance and passion and is
the most exciting
color. Pink is actually a lighter shade of red and is
"romantic" while a darker shade of red gives the
impression of
anger. Red can be used for Grounding, Stability, Willpower,
material Things, Sexuality,
Passion, Earthbound. It is not recommended that
red be overused. If a person gets too much red in the
system, it can be
counter-balanced by using blue.

RED: is the color of energy, vitality

and power. It is used for burning out cancer, drying up weeping sores or
wounds,
etc., it will warm cold areas to reduce pain. Red is a powerful healing
agent for healing diseases of the blood and
circulation. It will help with
depression. Red is not to be used on people with high blood pressure or anxiety.
If you
stay under the red ray too long or are exposed to red for a considerable
time it will make you very agitated or even
aggressive.

ORANGE: is also a color of energy. It is used to increase

immunity, to increase sexual potency, to help in all digestive
ailments,
chest and kidney diseases. Orange will have a gentle warming effect if used
lightly. Orange, like red should
not be used for too long. It is not a good
color for nervy people or people easily agitated.
YELLOW:
is the color of intellect and it is used for mental stimulation, it will
help you think quicker. It is good for
clearing a foggy head. To help cure
dermatitis and other skin problems and again it must be used carefully because
it
is very stimulating and it could cause exhaustion and depression.
GREEN:
Is the color of harmony and balance. It is good for tired nerves and it
helps with the heart area. It will balance
the emotions and bring about a
feeling of calmness. Green is a good general healing color because it stimulates
growth so it is good for helping heal broken bones, regrowth of tissue of
all kinds. Green is a good color for pregnant
women to help create an atmosphere
of serenity and calm. Too much green may create more negative energy if there
is some already present in the person being treated.
BLUE: is the color of
truth, serenity and harmony, by helping to soothe the mind. Blue is good
for cooling, calming,
reconstructing and protecting. Blue will help feverish
conditions, it will help stop bleeding and it will help with
nervous irritations.
It is very good for burns. Too much blue could leave you cold, depressed
and sorrowful.
INDIGO: is the higher
aspect of blue, so it will have all the attributes of blue plus it is very
good for the head. It will
clear a congested head to allow a clearer path
for the conscious to the spiritual self. It is used for the diseases of the
ears, nose and eyes. Plus it is very good for sinus. Indigo is a good astringent
and it is a good purifier. Too much
indigo could give you a headache and
it could make you very drowsy.
PURPLE: is also a color
that will connect you with your spiritual self. It is good for mental and
nervous problems. It
will assist very well with rheumatism and epilepsy.
Helps with pain, is used in deep tissue work and helps heal the
bones. Too
much purple and you don't tend to live in this world.
LAVENDER: is the color of equilibrium, it helps with
spiritual healing. It is used as a tranquilliser and it will aid sleep.
It
is a color of replenishing and rebuilding. It is like a tonic for the body.
Too much will make you very tired and
disoriented.
WHITE:
is the color of purity. It will purify the body on the highest levels.
It is the highest charging field to bring peace
and comfort at the highest
level. White is the best reliever of pain.

SILVER:
is the color of peace and persistence. It is the major purging color so it
is very good for removing unwanted
diseases and troubles from the body. It
is best for cancer of tissue and blood.
GOLD:
is the strongest color to help cure all
illness. It is so strong that many people are not able to tolerate it, so
people have to be conditioned to gold over a period of time. Gold strengthens
all fields of the body and spirit.

BLACK:
is a color that is not used very often but it will help bring a person
to a state of grace. It will help them reach
the silence and the peace of

THE COLOR RAYS OF THE UNIVERSE

Color is everywhere, on all planes of existence,

as vibrations are
everywhere and color is a manifestation of vibration. The
Universal Light,
the Sun, emanates vibratory streams of the life force in
seven major rays.

Each individual is believed to incarnate into their

own specific color,
which is the Major Ray, and this contains their very

One good indication of what your major color rays

are, is to pay attention
to your favorite color. Which color are most of

born into a color we don't like.

When we speak of the Color Rays of the Universe,

we are speaking in
spiritual terms, not just physical terms. There are spiritual
beings who
are responsible for these color rays and help us to assimilate
them and
work with them during our incarnations on earth.

These messengers work with the Spiritual Hierarchy.

The Linkage of
authority in the hierarchy is as follows. The Central Sun

Godhead, the consciousness of the creator, the source of

had Earthly lifetimes but were able
to ascend and thus are known as
Ascended Masters. What this means is they

balanced all aspect of Earth/material life.

At this time, these are the most important groups

of beings. In the
Spiritual Hierarchy are Archangel Gabriel who is the herald
of the New
Age and Ascended Master and Chohan of the Seventh Ray, color violet,
St. Germain who is in charge of the transmutation into the Aquarian Age.

Up unto the fall of 1981, Lord Gautama or the Buddha

was Lord of the
World. He succeeded Sanat Kumara in the middle of the previous
century, in 1956. It is the Highest Office to be attained on this Planet.

The Lord of the World serves on the First Ray.

The Lord of the World of
the Earth is now Maitreya.

of all Light, and Mother of all Love.”

· In 1981, The Silver Ray came in, which was

to work with only humanity
in the United States. Excellent protective energy,
intuition, reflective
energy of the sun (God's light), feminine, justice,
purity. The silver ray is
used for balancing feminine energy in a person,
because silver embodies
the feminine aspect of the Source. When infused in
the body, this ray adds
additional feminine energy that brings the recipient
back into balance.
The Silver Ray returns people very quickly to
themselves and also
increases underlying Karmic Tendencies. Those resisting
the Cosmic
override will be experiencing many dramas and much power
struggles.
 St. Germain is the Master in charge of this new energy
and suggests we
call down a violet spiral of energy whenever we need to cleanse
a body or

of water systems, but for the transmutation of
all toxic substances, ie,
from a body of water, plant life, food, from a
human or animal body. To
be used for alchemy in addition to the Seventh Ray
of the Violet Fire and
the Eighth Ray of Transfiguration.

Fourteenth- Pearlized Red-Orange. Includes energy

and formulas to
promote the creation of water desalination facilities,
economically
feasible. In addition, this Ray can be used and called forth
to change
chemical compounds as in alchemical restructuring. It will be used
eventually, as it is better understood, for removal of barriers to
dematerialization and dematerialization , ie, shape shifting. Those who
learn
to call upon this force at will with their minds can relocate their
bodies,
or change the form of their bodies to seemingly inanimate objects,

or plant form.

Fifteenth- Pearlized Green- Solidarity of Purpose. To promote and

encourage the sane use of nuclear power in alignment with Divine Will. It
