AFFIDAVIT
I, JESSIE M. BUQUIA, of legal age, Filipino citizens, married and a resident of
Lot 20, Blk. 48, C. Martiniko Street, Barangay Longos, Malabon City after first duly
sworn on oath in accordance with law hereby depose and say:
1. I am a resident of the above-given address for more than eleven (11) years
now and a registered voter in Barangay Longos, Malabon City.
2. I am a free-lance tattoo artist and I cater for my friends and clients in Malabon
City. As such, I met Khenny Go Khu as a prospective client. We became
good friends and shared happy times together with other friends.
3. Every time our group goes out for gigs and drinking parties, I would usually
drop by his house at 100 Gen Borromeo Street cor., P. Aquino Avenue,
Longos, Malabon City. Unknown to many, this address covers the whole lot
from the corner of Gen. Borromeo Street to at least three lots thereon going
towards the long avenue of Longos, Malabon City.
4. I am inclosing herein the actual sketch location of the address from where
Khenny Go Khu resides.
5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing.
