USES NOT PERMITTED:

1. Whether in whole or in part, sell, rent, lease, sublease, license,


sublicense, lend, time-share, assign or provide the use of or
access to the software and related materials or any portion
thereof, to any person without authority from the owner

2. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software


without authority from the owner

3. Alter, modify or create any derivative works of the software and


related materials or any portion thereof without authority from
the owner.

4. Use of software other than the intended purpose

1. Use or disclosure of confidential information/ “disclosed


information” required or authorized by law will not hold a party
liable for damages.

2. Any obligation under these covenants will not hold a party liable
if the performance of the obligation is beyond the control of any
party.
