ACTIVITY TITLE: LINGGO NG KABATAAN
INCLUSIVE DATE: August 27-31, 2019
PARTICIPANTS: 23 BARANGAY KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN
GOAL: Fulfill the mandates of the SK Reform Act in celebrating the Linggo ng Kabataan.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
1. Develop and put to the highlight the talents and skills of the members of the Katipunan ng
Kabataan.
2. Develop and unite the leadership skills of the Sangguniang Kabataan officials in providing
assistance for the youth sector in their respective barangays.
3. Provide entertainment and team –building activities during the aforementioned period of time.
ACTIVITY BRIEFER:
Kibawe, being a municipality so eager to promote youth and sports development is always aiming
to train the youth to be indulge to sports and other activities, to divert their attention from worldly vices
and evil deeds and to lead them to healthy lifestyle.
The LINGGO NG KABATAAN which was moved by governing laws from 2nd week of December to
any day/s within the month of August of every year, is a mandate wherein the youth of Kibawe will be
trained and their talents and skills will be highlighted.
This year, as agreed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation of 23 barangay Katipunan
ng Kabataan, the activities, schedule and budget will be as follows:
