as he is out of town to attend a funeral.

That the absence of the Accused is neither intentional nor deliberate,


but due to a bonafide reason mentioned above.

Hence prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to exempt the
Accused from the personal appearance for today, in the interest of
justice and for this act of kindness we shall ever pray.
