The above named accused begs to submit as follows:

1. It is submitted that the complaint has registered the case


against the accused for alleged offence punishable under
section 200 and section 138 of N.I. Act.

2. It is submitted that the above named accused is innocent of


the alleged offences and allegations made by the
complainant are absolutely false, frivolous and concocted
stories.

3. It is submitted that the above said offence is not punishable


for life or death imprisonment, and the offences are bailable
in nature. It is further submitted that the above named
accused is innocent of the alleged offences; allegation made
by the complainant is absolutely false and frivolous.

4. It is submitted that the above named accused is a


permanent resident of the above said address stated in the
cause title and he is ready to furnish cash surety to the
satisfaction of this Hon’ble court.

5. It is submitted that the above named accused will abide by


any conditions of this Hon’ble court.

WHEREFORE, the above named accused most humbly prays


that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to enlarge the accused on
bail, in the interest of justice and equity.
