WARRANT ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT/ACCUSED VIJAY
SINGH.

Most respectfully showeth,

1. That the above noted case is pending before this Hon’ble Court.
2. That the applicant/accused could not appear before this Hon’ble
Court on 12/07/2019 because he is residing at his native place of
Uttrakhand at Poudi which is a hill station. That there was heavy
rainfall during that period which caused landslide resulting in the
road blocks and thereby it was impossible for me to travel and
appear before this Hon’ble Court.
3. That the non-appearance of the applicant/accused on last date of
hearing was neither intentional nor deliberate but due to the
aforesaid reason.
4. That the applicant/accused will be cautious in near future and will
appear regularly before the Hon’ble Court.

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this


Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to order for cancellation of NBW
of the applicant/accused, in the interest of justice.
