Neumir Ramos owns a cargo vehicle that was involved in an accident on April 9, 2018 in Daraga, Albay. AFFIDAVIT

I, NEUMIR RAMOS, 32 years old, married, residing at 476 Tenement


Bldg., Taguig City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the registered owner of the vehicle L300 with plate number
B2B361 which was involved in a vehicular accident last April 9, 2018 in
daraga, Albay;

2. That I have no involvement whatsoever nor do I have any knowledge of


the said incident. On April 7, 2018, I lent my vehicle to Albaran Aureo
who said that he will use said vehicle for a catering service in Manila. I
acceded because I trusted him since he is the common-law spouse of my
cousin;

3. On April 9, 2018, at 1:00 in the morning, I was surprised to find out from
the police that my vehicle was involved in a vehicular accident in Daraga,
Albay. I was also informed that several person, who I later came to know
as passengers, were injured as a result thereto;

4. I never consented to the use of my vehicle for public convenience nor did I
have knowledge that said vehicle carried passengers since my vehicle was
designed to carry cargoes only and the same has no air conditioning unit
and its windows are surrounded with grills.

5. That I am executing this affidavit for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
