Greetings!
As part of our efforts to decongest our city streets and provide a safe walking space
for the public, the city is in the midst of clearing operations that aim to rid our
sidewalks of any obstructions.
Based on our assessment, the electric posts installed in various areas of the city
have been one of the causes of obstruction. For this reason, we are respectfully
requesting your office for the immediate removal of said electric posts so that we
may be able to maximize the use of the sidewalks for the public. We would like to
discuss this matter more extensively with you on July 30, 2019, 10:00 am at the
City Mayor’s Office. Thus, may we invite you or your representative on this
regard.

Greetings!
The City Government is currently overseeing the strict and intensified
implementation of our City Traffic Ordinance. As we do so, we are also constantly
identifying various contributory factors to our problematic traffic situation.
One such factor that we have identified was the use of the area outside your school
as a parking space for your students’ vehicles. We have observed that this has
hindered the smooth flow of passing vehicles and has also largely contributed to the
traffic congestion in this particular portion of Mabini Avenue and San Roque St.
For this reason, we would like to seek your assistance in this matter by prohibiting
your students and other vehicle owners from using the said area as a parking space.
We would like to discuss this matter more extensively with you on July 30, 2019,
10:00 am at the City Mayor’s Office.

The indiscriminate and unregulated parking of private vehicles in any area of the city
has been identified as the primary cause of traffic and congestion of our city streets.
We hope to remedy this problem by undertaking towing/confiscation of the vehicles
of these errant owners. However, due to our limited resources, we would like to
forge a partnership with you in this endeavor, particularly with regard to the
following:
- Provision of equipment and manpower for the towing of vehicles
- Provision of your depot as storage of said confiscated vehicles
For this reason, we would like to discuss this matter more extensively with you on
