RVA Trading will assign SKILLED and RELIABLE In–house
engineers/technician who will directly report in your Head Office daily
from 8:00 to 5:00 PM, Monday to Fridays, without any manpower charges
on your end and responsible to all the services call
RVA Trading will provide at least Two(2) BACK–UP units/printers situated
to your office in case of printer breakdown to ensure that your operation
will not be delayed due to printer and other technical problems.
RVA Trading will be responsible for the TECHNICAL SUPPORT for all the
service units / printers issued. Free replacement of parts, free service
repair and maintenance. A regular checking and cleaning of printers.
