I am submitting this correspondence to you as my willingness to waive my rights and obligation from the
coaching staff of Sorsogon Province boxing team in Bicol Meet 2019 to be held at Masbate Province. As we
have recently discussed in our family my mother is experiencing some health issues that require my full
attention at this time. It is for this reason that I must step back from my coaching duties and devote more
time to family obligations. Please accept this as my official resignation letter.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our Boxing Team. I am more than willing to assist in
wrapping up my duties and helping my replacement get up to speed on the position. I have enjoyed my time
serving as an Officiating Official and a Tournament Manager in our Province and I am grateful for the
experience. I will miss the interaction with my fellow sports aficionado and all the athletes. Thank you so
much for your understanding.
