Dubai's Seawater Vertical Tower is the latest futuristic idea to come out of the metropolis.
It is a skyscraper that acts as a greenhouse.
This vertical farm uses sea water to humidify and cool the greenhouses and irrigates the
crops by converting humidity back into fresh water.
We all know that the world is running out of farm land, so it would be amazing to see how
 this project turns out.
The designer's aim is to create a structure that could help Dubai become more self-
sufficient. The Seawater Vertical Tower is very tall and features things that look similar to a
tree's branches. These pod-like tree branches will have gardens inside of them. During the day,
the tower will look white and green and at night it will glow a soft yellow.

Part 5
Questions 35 - 40
You are going to read an article about a traditional delicacy.
Six sentences have been removed from the article. Choose from the sentences (A - H) to fit
each gap (35 - 40). There are two extra sentences which you do not need to use. For each
question, mark the correct answer (A-H) on your answer sheet.
I am sure you have heard of or eaten keropok lekor. 35. Visitors to this state rarely
fail to make a stop at any one of the many keropok lekor stalls that line the roads here.
Keropok lekor is basically a fish sausage. 36. Different types of fish is used for this
fish sausage and what makes Terengganu's keropok lekor more appealing is the extra fishy
flavour. A great fan of keropok lekor will tell you that it is not worth eating this fish sausage
elsewhere as it consists almost completely of starch and hardly any fish.
The person who made this possible is Norzaleha Mohamad, a tiny lady who has been selling
keropok lekor for almost 20 years.37. This enterprising lady, unlike other keropok lekor
sellers, has established her own company and drives a luxury car to her factory.
Kak Nor has set her sight to find a way to produce keropok lekor for export. 38.
However, this did not help in keeping it fresh. So she had the idea to freeze it. Now, she
finally able to make a product that keeps well and when fried, turns out as delicious as the
ones you get in the stalls in Terengganu.
At present, Kak Nor's factory manufactures about twenty tonnes of products per month. 39.
These deep-fried pieces of keropok lekor are sold at kiosks located in major shopping centres
in Malaysia.
The visionary lady has even considered expanding her business for overseas markets. 40.
For those of you'who insist on the extra-fishy authentic item, but cannot make a trip to
Terengganu, you can make your own keropok lekor - all you need to do is Google for a recipe
or look out for Kak Nor's kiosks in shoppng centres.
